I was skeptical about the drawstring waist on a jacket but it genuinely shapes the silhouette without looking weird or bunchy. Cinched in, it looks almost tailored. Released, it's relaxed and easy. Ordered the blue in a medium and it fits exactly as described.

The stand collar zips up really cleanly and gives the whole jacket a polished look without being stiff. I sized down to a small hoping for a more fitted silhouette with the drawstring cinched, and it works great. Only thing I wish is that the pockets were just a touch deeper, but they're still actually usable which is more than I can say for most women's jackets.

The structure and the stand collar are genuinely great, and the beige color is a lovely neutral. My issue is that even on mild autumn days I found myself overheating with just a light layer underneath, so the temperature window for wearing this is narrower than I expected. Still a good jacket, just not the all-season layer I was hoping for.
