The fur coat looks good, but it sheds a little

I sized up to an L and it drapes beautifully without making me look shapeless. The fleece lining is genuinely warm but breathable, so I'm not overheating when I go indoors. This white version looks crisp and clean.
This coat is everything I hoped for. The black faux fur is soft and doesn't shed, the half-open collar gives it a modern vibe, and at 40-50cm length it hits right at my hip without looking too short or frumpy. Wore it to brunch last weekend and got three compliments.
Some faux fur stuff reeks out of the box. This one aired out for a day and smells neutral. The material feels substantial and the stitching looks clean.
I'm usually nervous about dark coats making me look washed out, but the fur texture adds dimension and the collar framing is really flattering. Size M fits like a dream.
Been wearing this twice a week for a month and the shoulders haven't started to slouch or the collar hasn't lost its structure. Quality construction shows.
I live somewhere with mild winters and this is perfect. Keeps me comfortable down to about 45 degrees, and if it gets colder I'd layer heavier underneath anyway.

Some faux fur coats have scratchy collars that dig into your neck. This one is soft against skin because of the fleece backing on the trim.
The half-open collar makes your shoulders look wider and the short length balances out longer frames. I'm 5'7 and it's proportional without looking like a shrug.
Not a parka, not a fashion coat. This sits right in the middle where it's actually functional but still looks good doing it.
After multiple wears and one careful cleaning, the black is still rich and dark. No fading or color shift visible.
The faux fur surface is still smooth and intact after regular wear. No pilling or fuzzing along the edges.
Threw this white coat over a gray sweater and black jeans and suddenly the whole thing looked intentional and styled. Coat does a lot of lifting here.
